This guild is a non-profit philanthropic organization whose purpose is to promote cooperation and exchange of ideas among those interested in quilting. We encourage and instruct members in methods and techniques of quilting. Our meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6pm in the Historical Chapel at the Community Church by the Lake, 40940 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, Ca 92315.
Our Philanthropic donations have gone to the Doves, Mom & Dad Project, Historical Society, Discovery Center, Lutheran Services, and Big Bear Lake Community Church Pantry.

Programs
JANUARY WORKSHOP Happy New Year everyone. I hope that you had a wonderful holiday season. We’re starting the new year with a learning/refresher topic. We will begin with a project which is a raw edge, fusible, appliqué block. It is small and requires only a few small pieces of fabric. I’m sure that you will find what you need in your stash. The supply list will be available at the guild meeting. The kits for the ’27 Opportunity Quilt will be available for pick up at the workshop. If you would like to stay at the workshop, after the project is finished, and begin work on your Opportunity Quilt block, you are welcome to do so. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
